Jez brings 25 years as a police officer, mostly in tactical policing, and ended his career as a sergeant. In high-stakes environments, he learned the true meaning of gear that never fails. He’s also a two-time Guinness World Record holder and world cup champion, bringing practical, battle-tested durability to every design.
As parents of two young kids, Claire and Jez know the most important job of all is raising a family.
